Registration conditions
In November 2011, in an assembled meeting of the registry (IREO), the association (IAEO, replaced by the WAEO in 2013) and the educational institution (VIEO & E) in San Marcos, Texas USA, the Standards of Equine Osteopathy EDO
and the Code of Ethics for Equine Osteopathy EDO were presented, reviewed, edited, voted for and eventually accepted.The requirements for training Equine Osteopaths EDO
are described in the Standards for Equine Osteopathy EDO . Training courses that are guaranteed by the IREO meet these requirements. Only graduates of accredited curricula can be acknowledged by the IREO.Accreditation is determined based on the requirements as described in the Standards for Equine Osteopathy EDO
